I provide counseling services for individuals struggling with various life-challenges and work collaboratively with the client to create therapeutic goals and a treatment plan that addresses the clients unique needs. Individuals will play an active role in their healing and change process and will be taught skills and tools to help them reach their goals. I use a strength-based approach to addressing clients concerns and struggles and help the client navigate a path to wellness and healing.
